Flex & Unwind
Unwind from the week and set the tone for your weekend with Flex & Unwind. This Friday night stretching session blends deep stretching, mobility work, and relaxation techniques to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed. Whether you’re recovering from intense workouts or just need to shake off the stress of the week, this class is the perfect way to loosen up and reset. Come stretch, breathe, and recharge – your body will thank you!

Senior Sculpt
Stable & Strong 2.0 builds on the original class with longer balance and standing segments, added cardio movement, and the use of light weights and fitness equipment. This class is designed to improve strength, stability, and coordination while providing a more dynamic and engaging workout.

Core & Cardio Blast
Core & Cardio Blast is a 60-minute workout that combines targeted core exercises with energizing cardio intervals for a well-rounded fitness session. This class helps strengthen your core, improve endurance, and deliver a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.

BodyXtreme
Come ready for a high-energy workout and leave feeling accomplished and strong. This boot camp “ish” class will use weights (optional), floor exercises, plyometrics, and standing movements that will work all major muscle groups of the body. We will incorporate cardio, strength and toning into this 45 minute class. BodyXtreme will be a circuit class, with timed stations and shorter rest periods. If you want to burn fat fast and tone your body, BodyXtreme is for you!

BodyPump
BodyPump is considered to be the “fastest way in the universe to get in shape!” This is a resistance-based or weight-training fitness class utilizing barbells, hand weights and bands to strengthen and tone your entire body!

Glutes & Core
Glutes & Core is a targeted strength class designed to build power, stability, and endurance through focused work on the glutes, abdominals, and lower back. Using a strategic mix of high and low repetitions, you’ll challenge your muscles with weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises to maximize results. This balanced approach improves posture, enhances athletic performance, and supports injury prevention by strengthening the body’s foundation. Expect a dynamic, effective workout that leaves you feeling strong, stable, and energized.

Power Cycle
Power Cycle is a performance-driven ride designed to challenge both your endurance and strength through structured drills guided by watts, cadence, and other key metrics. This data-focused format allows you to measure effort in real time, helping you push past plateaus and train with purpose. Through a combination of climbs, intervals, and sustained efforts, you’ll build cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and mental grit. Track your progress each class and experience continuous improvement as you become stronger, more efficient, and more powerful on the bike.

Pilates Mat Fusion
This dynamic fusion class combines the precision and core focus of Pilates, the grace and strength of barre, and the flexibility of mat work to deliver a total-body workout. Expect low-impact exercises designed to improve posture, tone muscles, and build strength through controlled movements. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class uses light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to enhance balance, flexibility, and endurance. Leave feeling stronger, leaner, and more connected to your body.
